Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments beginning at the time of purchase and then made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Simply shop online, add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout, choose Clearpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Clearpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for and the shopping value must be under £800. Other factors could be considered that might cause this figure to be less, such as being a new customer or your customer payment history.
Clearpay can be used on product purchases made on LELABOFRAGRANCES.COM under the United Kingdom location (including England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey).
Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your order contains gift cards or services, you will need to purchase these ineligible products or services separately.
Installments by Clearpay is only available to customers with a U.K. billing address and a U.K. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Clearpay.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Clearpay account. You can log in to your Clearpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay. Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee for a missed payment that is not resolved. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Clearpay Payment Purchase Agreement . Clearpay is not available on gift card or eGift card purchases. If you are purchasing gift cards or eGift cards along with Clearpay-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
