CANCELLATION RIGHTS

  • DOES LE LABO ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE US?

    Because our creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of the items sent do not conform to your order, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Le Labo.   • DOES LE LABO ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE UK?

    Returns in the UK are allowed within a (90) day period from the date you receive your order. This means that if during that period you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep your order, you can contact us to receive a refund. This does not apply to perfumes and candles as our creations are made to your specification and have been personalized (unless there is non-conformity or the item is defective). The right to return also does not apply where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
