  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    You will receive an order confirmation email from Le Labo once your order is confirmed. Once the courier has picked up your order from Le Labo, you will receive an email from Hived with a live tracking link. You may also access the live tracking link via our Order Status page.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Same-day delivery orders are delivered that evening by 10:00 pm.

    Next-day delivery orders are delivered the following business day between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, operational conditions, or local factors.
  • CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IN REAL-TIME?

    Yes. Once the courier has collected your order from Le Labo, you will receive an email from Hived with a live tracking link. You may also access the live tracking link via our Order Status page.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

    Both same-day delivery and next-day delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not available to receive the order, you will receive communication from Hived when the next delivery attempt will be made. After 3 failed attempts, Hived will return the order to Le Labo.

    Please note that after the courier has collected your order from Le Labo, you will receive an email with a live tracking link where you may in-flight options, including delivery preferences and delivery rescheduling if needed.
  • WILL I BE CHARGED IF I MISS MY ORDER DELIVERY?

    Both same-day delivery and next-day delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not available to receive the order, you will receive communication from Hived when the next delivery attempt will be made. After 3 failed attempts, Hived will return the order to Le Labo. Le Labo will initiate a refund if the attempted delivery fails. Charges will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
  • CAN I CONTACT MY DELIVERY COURIER?

    After the courier has collected your order from Le Labo, you will receive an email with a live tracking link where you may access customer support and in-flight options, including delivery preferences and delivery rescheduling.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING?

    Modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed.
  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

    Once your order is delivered, the courier cannot return on your behalf. Please review our Return & Refund page for more information on returns in the U.K.
  • I PLACED MY ORDER WITH THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Once the order is placed, the delivery address cannot be updated. Please carefully review your delivery details in checkout before confirming your order.
