  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    Le Labo offers a variety of delivery options including Online Shipment Orders, Click & Collect, Phone Orders, Same-Day Delivery, and Orders via Whatsapp Orders.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

    If you have not received your order, kindly get in touch with us on our Contact Us page for further assistance.
  • IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

    If you prefer to have a signature required upon delivery of your order, you may select signature required during checkout. Same-day delivery options may require a signature depending on carrier.

    Please note a signature requirement will be selected by default on orders with a value of $/€/£ 250 or more.
  • CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

    Your shipping address can be modified as long as your order has not been dispatched from our labs. You may get in touch with us regarding any order modifications or updates on our Contact Us page.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

    Due to strict international transport regulations, we are not able to ship items containing alcohol (hence perfumes) to some countries (sorry about that…). We recommend exploring our Body — Hair — Face Collection and Fine Fragrance ancillaries or visiting a Le Labo location local to you.
  • IS THERE A VAT TAX OR EXTRA SHIPPING COST IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU?

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISSING?

    If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please follow the steps below.

    1. Check with neighbors and family members
    2. Look around the delivery location
    3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
    4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

    Note: Le Labo Fragrances monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Le Labo Fragrances reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
